Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Davangere. The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing functions using standardized tools and evidence-based protocols. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves close collaboration with audiologists, physicians, and allied health professionals to ensure integrated care and accurate documentation of clinical findings. The Speech Language Pathologist will also provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers, and participate in quality improvement and clinical training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and Speech intervention for diverse age groups.
- Candidates should possess expertise in assessing and managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
- Candidates should possess clinical competency in screening, evaluating, and treating Dysphagia.
- Candidates should hold a relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology (e.g., BASLP, MASLP, MSc Speech-Language Pathology) from a recognized institution.
- Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of evidence-based practices, structured care pathways, and standardized assessment tools.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, counseling, and documentation skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Candidates with prior clinical experience in hospital or rehabilitation settings, and familiarity with technology-enabled healthcare platforms, will be preferred.
