Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at our facility in Vadodara. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of communication and language disorders in children and adults. Responsibilities include creating personalized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, collaborating with educators and families, and maintaining accurate documentation of progress. This is an on-site role requiring active participation in a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care and achieve impactful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Speech Therapy and treatment strategies for improving speech and communication skills.
- Strong understanding and experience in managing Speech, Language Disorders, and Communication Disorders.
- Knowledge of assessment and intervention strategies for Dysphagia and related swallowing disorders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with compassion and patience when working with children and adults.
- A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field, with relevant certification/licensure.
- Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or special needs is highly desirable.
