We specialize in the rehabilitation of patients with stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson's disease, cerebral palsy, developmental disorders, neurodegenerative conditions, speech and swallowing disorders, and other neurological impairments.
Position Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Junior and Senior Speech Language Pathologists to join our growing multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. The selected candidates will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders in pediatric and adult patients.
Fresh graduates with a strong interest in neurorehabilitation are encouraged to apply for Junior positions, while experienced professionals are invited to apply for Senior roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing assessments.
- Diagnose communication and swallowing disorders using standardized clinical assessment tools.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans according to patient needs and functional goals.
- Provide therapy for articulation disorders, aphasia, dysarthria, apraxia, voice disorders, fluency disorders, cognitive-communication deficits, and dysphagia.
- Manage patients with neurological conditions including stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson's disease, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and other neurological disorders.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment goals, home exercise programs, communication strategies, and swallowing precautions.
- Monitor patient progress, reassess outcomes, and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, therapy notes, assessment reports, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
- Collaborate effectively with neurologists, rehabilitation physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning meetings.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, institutional policies, and quality care protocols.
- Participate in continuing education, departmental meetings, workshops, research activities, and clinical audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BASLP) or Master's Degree (MASLP/M.Sc. Speech Language Pathology) from a recognized institution.
- Valid RCI Registration (preferred/required as applicable).
- Freshers may apply for Junior Speech Language Pathologist positions.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience is preferred for Senior Speech Language Pathologist positions.
- Experience in neurorehabilitation, pediatric rehabilitation, or dysphagia management is an added advantage.
