Role Description
We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site position at our facility in Bengaluru. The Speech-Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and create individualized therapy plans for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include administering therapeutic interventions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, monitoring patient progress, and providing family guidance to support ongoing care and management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and therapy design
- Strong knowledge and experience with Speech and Dysphagia management
- Expertise in identifying and treating Communication Disorders
- In-depth understanding of Language Disorders and related treatments
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to work with patients and families
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is beneficial
