Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist, located in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children. The role will involve creating and implementing tailored therapy plans, monitoring progress, and working closely with families and educators to provide comprehensive support. Additional responsibilities include addressing dysphagia-related needs and fostering an encouraging environment for children to develop their communication skills effectively.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Speech Therapy and addressing Communication Disorders
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating Language Disorders and Dysphagia
- Strong understanding of child development and the ability to design age-appropriate therapy activities
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with families, educators, and other professionals
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, along with relevant certifications/licensures
- Experience working with children in a therapeutic setting is a plus
