Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech Language Therapist to join our hospital team. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across different age groups. The therapist will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes. This position also requires engaging with caregivers and educators to support holistic patient progress. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering evidence-based care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement individualized intervention plans
• Be prepared to address and respond to diverse rehabilitation requirements of patients
• Provide parental training and guidance for home-based support
• Organize and deliver online training programs, workshops, and orientations in schools, NGOs, and community settings
• Assess and manage a range of disorders including:
• Fluency disorders
• Voice disorders
• Language disorders
• Dysphagia (swallowing disorders)
• Cognitive-linguistic impairments
Eligibility Criteria
• Undergraduate: BASLP (Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology)
• Postgraduate: MSc in Speech-Language Pathology (preferred)
• Valid RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration
• OPT license (as applicable)
