Role Description: This full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist role is in a multidisciplinary setting based in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders, including dysphagia, using standardized tools and clinical observation. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting one-on-one therapy sessions, and monitoring progress through regular documentation and outcome tracking. The role involves providing parent and caregiver education, collaborating with other rehabilitation professionals, and participating in case discussions to ensure coordinated, holistic care. The Speech Language Pathologist will also contribute to awareness and training sessions, maintain ethical and professional standards, and support continuous improvement of therapy protocols.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Speech Therapy and management of Speech and Communication Disorders.
- Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating Language Disorders across age groups.
- Knowledge and experience in the evaluation and intervention of Dysphagia.
- Recognized degree in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology–Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Relevant registration or licensure as required by local regulatory bodies.
- Ability to create individualized therapy plans, document progress, and adjust interventions based on evidence and outcomes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, adults, and families in diverse settings.
- Comfort working in a multidisciplinary team and openness to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Prior experience in early intervention or pediatric rehabilitation is an advantage.
