Job Title: Speech Therapist / Speech-Language PathologistJob Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and providing evidence-based intervention for children with speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing difficulties.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with children, committed to functional outcomes, and aligned with a family-centered approach where parent involvement is an integral part of therapy.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments for speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on clinical findings and child-specific goals
- Deliver structured, goal-oriented therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
- Train and guide parents/caregivers to carry over therapy strategies at home
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and session notes
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Special Educators, and other team members
- Monitor progress and modify intervention plans as required
- Ensure ethical, safe, and child-friendly therapy practices
Key Areas of Work:- Speech sound disorders
- Language delays and disorders
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Social communication difficulties
- Feeding and swallowing concerns
- Early intervention (0–6 years)
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology (BASLP / MASLP)
- Relevant clinical experience in pediatric settings preferred
- Freshers with strong clinical exposure and willingness to learn may also apply

- Excellent communication and parent counseling abilities
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
