Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist at our Bengaluru location. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include developing and implementing personalized therapy plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, supporting families through education and training, and monitoring progress to ensure meaningful outcomes. The role also involves addressing various challenges like language delays, articulation issues, social communication difficulties, and feeding or swallowing concerns.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Speech Therapy, with a strong understanding of speech and language development
- Competency in diagnosing and addressing Speech and Language Disorders
- Experience in treating specific conditions such as Dysphagia and Communication Disorders
- Strong ability to engage with children and tailor therapy to individual needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology, as required
- Prior experience in pediatric therapy or early intervention programs is a plus
