Insight – The Mind Clinic is an integrated mental health and child development centre based in Pune, delivering holistic, multidisciplinary care across age groups. Our model combines psychiatry, psychology, therapy specialisations, developmental interventions, and evidence-based holistic modalities to create meaningful and sustainable clinical outcomes.
With the launch of our dedicated Child Development Centre, we are expanding our team to support early identification, intervention, and long-term developmental optimisation for children with speech, language, communication, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental challenges.
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and clinically driven Speech-Language Pathologist to join our full-time on-site team. The role involves comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning for children presenting with speech delay, language disorders, autism spectrum conditions, ADHD-related communication challenges, learning difficulties, oral-motor issues, and feeding or swallowing concerns.
You will work within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary environment alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, behavioural therapists, and special educators to design integrated intervention pathways that maximise developmental potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct structured speech, language, and communication assessments
• Design individualised therapy plans aligned with developmental goals
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions
• Address oral-motor, feeding, and dysphagia-related challenges where applicable
• Provide structured parent guidance and home-program strategies
• Monitor measurable progress outcomes and adapt therapy protocols
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and integrated treatment planning
Eligibility & Skills
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid professional registration / licence
• Strong clinical reasoning and child-centric therapeutic approach
• Ability to work in a fast-growing, process-driven clinical ecosystem
• Experience in paediatric neurodevelopmental settings will be a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork capabilities
