🎯 Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate speech-language pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children. The ideal candidate should be passionate about child development and skilled in delivering individualised therapy plans.
🔑 Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication difficulties
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for children
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions
- Monitor progress and maintain detailed documentation of therapy outcomes
- Educate and guide parents/caregivers on home-based strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (occupational therapists, psychologists, special educators)
- Participate in case discussions and progress reviews
🎓 Eligibility Criteria- BASLP with 1–2 years of experience OR MASLP (freshers can apply)
- Valid certification/licence (if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and families
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
