Job Title: Speech Therapist (Fresher)

Job Summary
Ignitio CDC is looking for enthusiastic and compassionate speech therapists (freshers) with a background in special education to join our multidisciplinary team. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and providing speech and language therapy services to children with developmental delays, speech-language disorders, and special needs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for children
Plan and implement individualized therapy programs
Work with children having speech delay, autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and other developmental conditions
Maintain accurate therapy records and progress reports
Collaborate with special educators, psychologists, occupational therapists, and parents
Educate parents/caregivers on home-based strategies and follow-up activities
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and case discussions
Eligibility / Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology / Speech Therapy
Background or exposure to Special Education is mandatory
Freshers are welcome to apply
Internship or clinical exposure in pediatric therapy is an added advantage
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Child-friendly and empathetic approach
Basic knowledge of developmental milestones and speech disorders
Willingness to learn and work in a multidisciplinary setup
Fluency in English (Telugu/Hindi is an added advantage)
