Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist at Gowthami Physiotherapy Clinic in Vijayawada. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of speech, language, and communication disorders. The role involves working with individuals of all ages to develop treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The Speech Language Pathologist will also educate patients and their families about treatment strategies to improve communication and speech functions effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Speech Therapy and related activities to assess and treat speech difficulties
- Proficiency in addressing Communication Disorders to help patients improve interpersonal interactions
- Experience in treating Language Disorders, including developing language and literacy skills
- Proficiency in managing Dysphagia to enhance swallowing functions and reduce complications
- Excellent interpersonal, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- State licensure and/or certification as required by local regulations
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an advantage
