Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide remote, full-time assessment and treatment services for clients experiencing speech, language, and communication challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing personalized therapy plans, and delivering teletherapy sessions to individuals across different age groups and backgrounds. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary mental health team, documenting clinical findings and progress, and adjusting treatment strategies based on client outcomes and needs. The Speech Language Pathologist will also educate clients and caregivers on communication strategies, contribute to program development, and uphold ethical and evidence-based practice standards in a remote care setting.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Communication Disorders, including evaluation and management of various speech and communication difficulties.
- Candidates should possess skills in diagnosing and treating Language Disorders across different age groups.
- Candidates should possess knowledge and experience in managing Dysphagia and related swallowing challenges.
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid professional licensure or registration as required by local regulations, with eligibility to practice in India.
- Experience providing teletherapy or comfort with digital platforms and electronic health documentation.
- Strong communication, empathy, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage caseloads, and maintain timely documentation.
- Prior experience in mental health or multidisciplinary clinical settings is an advantage.
