Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Speech Language Pathologist, based in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and provide therapy to children with speech, language, and communication disorders. The role involves designing and implementing treatment plans, addressing issues related to articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing (dysphagia). The professional will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other team members to track progress, ensure individualized care, and provide guidance for speech and language development.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Speech Therapy, with skills in evaluating and treating a diverse range of speech and language challenges
- Experience in addressing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
- Knowledge and experience in managing Dysphagia in children
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills to engage with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to developmental needs
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Certification and licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist as per local regulations
- Experience working with children in a clinical or development-focused setting is highly regarded
