Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist, based in Bengaluru. The role involves assessing and treating children with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities also include developing individualized therapy plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for every child. The Speech Language Pathologist will play a critical role in facilitating the growth and independence of neurodivergent children through evidence-based therapeutic practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in treating Speech and Language Disorders, including communication and articulation challenges
- Expertise in addressing and managing Dysphagia and other swallowing difficulties
- Strong background in diagnosing and treating various Communication and Language Disorders
- Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Valid certification and licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience in pediatric therapy or working with neurodivergent children is highly preferred
- Strong commitment to professional development and evidence-based practices
