Role Description
This opportunity is for partner clinics of Asdflo, including organizations such as EAV, focused on early autism intervention and developmental care.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) across Bangalore and Hyderabad locations. Multiple openings are available through Asdflo partner clinics working with children with autism and developmental needs.
The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and supporting children with speech, language, communication, and developmental challenges. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, creating individualized therapy plans, documenting progress, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and guiding parents and caregivers with therapy strategies and home support techniques.

Qualifications
• BASLP or MASLP required
• 0–5 years of experience, freshers are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Ability to create and implement individualized therapy plans
• Comfortable working with children and families in therapy settings
• Strong documentation and progress tracking skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in autism, early intervention, or neurodiversity care is a plus
• Passion for learning, growth, and meaningful impact in healthcare
