Profile Title: Speech & Drama Trainer

Profile Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Speech & Drama Trainer to conduct engaging and interactive sessions for school students. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and performance skills, a flair for theatre and storytelling, and the ability to inspire confidence and creativity among young learners. The trainer will be responsible for delivering speech and drama sessions, preparing students for performances, and creating a fun, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that nurtures self-expression and public speaking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Speech & Drama sessions as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach students voice modulation, diction, articulation, body language, stage presence, and public speaking techniques.
- Introduce students to theatre fundamentals, improvisation, storytelling, role play, and character development.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Prepare students for annual day performances, competitions, presentations, and showcases.
- Encourage creativity, confidence, teamwork, and effective communication among students.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with the school and the Gyansthan team regarding schedules, performances, and other requirements.
- Maintain classroom discipline while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Eligibility:
- Prior experience teaching Speech & Drama, Theatre, Public Speaking, or Performing Arts to children is preferred.
- A background in Theatre, Performing Arts, English, Mass Communication, or related fields will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to create an engaging and interactive classroom experience.
