Responsibilities
Accounting, Auditing, Finalization of Accounts, Preparation of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements under Indian GAAP and USGAAP, Statutory and Tax Complaince under Indian Companies Act, RBI, FEMA, Income Tax etc, and gloabal compliance specifially US, UK, & Canada.
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant having minimum of 5 years post qualification, and having experience in US & Indian GAAP expertise, Taxation, Auditing, Company Secretarial etc.,
