Key Responsibilities:
Architect & Designer Engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, BDM and developers.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and specification meetings.
• Drive product approvals and specifications in key projects.
• Specify Slimmax brand name in Approved make list or list of preferred vendor in relevant categories.
Project Management
• Identify and track residential, commercial, Hospitality, Healthcare and other institutional projects across the region.
• Ensure timely conversion of specifications into business in collaboration with the BD team.
• Influence project stakeholders from design to execution.
Specification Management
• Generate new specification opportunities through regular market visits and networking.
• Support dealer and channel partners in project acquisition and specification activities.
• Organize architect meets, seminars, and product awareness programs.
• Active participation in events and exhibitions with prior approval of management.
Market Intelligence
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and upcoming projects.
• Provide regular updates on project pipeline, customer feedback, and business opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with BD, Marketing, and Technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
