We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Specification Manager with experience in Data Center Infrastructure, HVAC, or IT Systems to join our team.
Location: Borivali, Mumbai
Experience: 6–8 Years
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review technical specifications for data center, HVAC, and IT infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to design effective solutions
- Prepare and manage technical documents, proposals, and compliance reports
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with requirements
- Work closely with senior management (BOD & Sales Heads) on project updates
- Ensure specifications meet industry standards and regulatory guidelines
- Support internal teams with technical training and knowledge sharing
🎓 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 6–8 years of experience in specification management / technical roles
- Strong knowledge of Data Centers / HVAC Systems / IT Infrastructure
- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, BIM (preferred)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
💼 Preferred Profile:
- Experience in mission-critical environments (data centers)
- Strong understanding of cooling systems, power, and IT setups
- Ability to handle cross-functional teams and client interactions
