Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Specification Manager role for Mumbai location. The Specification Manager will be responsible for collaborating with architects, consultants, and developers to promote Gold Plus Glass products for specification in projects. Key tasks include managing product presentations, understanding project requirements, providing tailored glass solutions, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The role involves attending virtual meetings, guiding stakeholders in their decision-making process, and ensuring a smooth transition from specification to the order placement stage.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in architectural and glass products, including understanding of product specifications, applications, and industry standards.
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, and relationship building to engage with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze project requirements, solve technical challenges, and recommend tailored product solutions.
• Proficiency in market research, sales strategies, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
• Proven experience in project coordination, ensuring the transition from specification to order processing is efficient and accurate.
• A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a remote work setting while collaborating with regional and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the glass or construction/building materials industry will be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
