<strong>Requirements:<br></strong><br>
</div><div>Successful candidate must have experience in and be able to perform the following functions: <br><br>
</div><div>· 5-10+ years of sales experience</div><div>· 4 year college degree preferred (BS in Engineering or BS in Business, Marketing, Finance or related)</div><div>· Experience using software to maintain sales data </div><div>· Experience in manufacturing desired</div><div>· Ability to sell engineered custom products.</div><div>· Identify prospective customers and converting leads</div><div>· Maintain good relationships with current customers, discussing ongoing needs and meeting expectations</div><div>· Negotiate prices and term and other elements of sales agreements</div><div>· Ability to create quotes and sales proposals.</div><div>· Ability to visit customers to maintain good relationships and build new relationships</div>
