Treatment Coordinator at Timberline Orthodontics

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for new patients, you’ll guide them through the exciting start of their orthodontic journey. You’ll provide education on treatment options, review financial arrangements, and ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for from their very first visit.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and build rapport with new patients and families
   
• Review treatment recommendations and explain orthodontic procedures
   
• Present financial options, contracts, and payment plans clearly and confidently
   
• Coordinate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless new patient experience
   
• Track pending treatment and follow up with patients who have not yet started care
   
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the practice management system
   
• Support office goals by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment
