- Develop user-centered solutions for AI-enabled tools, determining how emerging AI patterns support operational workflows.
- Collaborate with Human-Centered Design Leadership and cross-functional partners (engineers, scientists, operations and business leaders) to understand business processes, identify opportunities to improve workflows, and design effective digital tools.
- Conduct research and create end-to-end design artifacts, including journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and annotated specs.
- Frame and communicate design rationale to developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Work closely with product teams to bring concepts to life and ensure usability and consistency.
- Participate in user validation, iteration, and team ceremonies throughout the product development cycle.
- Help shape our AI-forward design pipeline
- Help shape our Design System by designing/establishing new components and patterns to meet business needs, coordinating with our software engineering team in Pune, India
What We Seek:
- A systems thinker who understands complex ecosystems and designs purposeful, efficient solutions.
- A self-starter who brings clarity to ambiguity and moves work forward confidently.
- A team member invested in continuous learning, with an AI-forward design/development mindset.
- A team member who is:
- Energized by working at the intersection of AI, advanced technology, and human-centered design.
- Excited to help shape how design integrates into a fast-evolving, high-growth digital organization.
- Excited to play an active role in growing our Human-Centered Design practice.
- Strong in communication and committed to continuous learning.
- Comfortable working with agile teams.
- Curious about data, systems, and business context.
- Skilled at documenting features, workflows, and user needs.
- Able to align user experience with technical feasibility and business priorities.
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
- 3-5 years of UX design experience, with a portfolio showcasing complex workflows, systems thinking, and enterprise-grade solutions.
