Specialist - Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities
- Maintain pipeline for recruitment for all roles pertaining to location
- Maintain and report on recruiting metrics (including: fulfilment of outstanding roles, time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Research and implement new sourcing methods
- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform management about changes in regulations
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute.
- Minimum 4 Years of experience in Volume hiring and recruitment process management.
- Experience in BPO/KPO environment with Healthcare RCM is a must
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication Skills (both written & verbal)

Location: India
Work Week: Monday to Friday
Work Shift: 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM IST
Other Features: Full-time | US calendar applicable
