Role description
Ops Tech Lead Role
Technical Leadership
Serve as the primary technical authority for operational platforms and applications
Lead design and delivery of solutions using NET C ASPNET Web API SQL Server Azure and Angular
Ensure high availability performance and reliability of production systems
Drive root cause analysis RCA and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues
Process Governance
Define and enforce operational standards best practices and runbooks
Ensure compliance with security audit and regulatory requirements
Support release management deployment planning and operational readiness reviews
Continuous Improvement Automation
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
Lead modernization optimization and cost reduction initiatives
Implement and enhance CICD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Promote adoption of DevOps SRE ITIL or Agile operational practices
Stakeholder Cross Functional Collaboration
Act as a technical bridge between operations engineering business teams and vendors
Translate business requirements into operational and technical solutions
Support leadership with risk assessments and improvement roadmaps
Team Leadership Mentorship
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to operations and development teams
Review designs procedures and documentation for quality and completeness
Support onboarding and continuous skill development within the team
