Role description
1 6 years of total experience particularly as a Developer andor Support analyst
2 Hands on experience in technologies like ASPNET VBNET C Basics of OOPs Design patterns SOLID design principles RDBMS Database
3 Must have hands on experience in deployment tools like TeamCity DevOps Azure
4 Ready to work in a challenging fast paced environment as L2L3 Support analyst
5Ability to play role of tech lead for various application
5 Strong communication analytical skills
5 Good understanding of ITSM framework and knowledge on ITSM tools like Remedy
6 Ready to work in shifts 1130 AM IST to 9 PM IST
7 Must have experience in managing small teams
8 Ready to travel to South Africa if required
9 Nice to have
Knowledge on Insurance domain
ITIL certified
Knowledge of any monitoring tools like Dynatrace ControlM
Knowledge of Legacy Tech Like VB6COMs
