Provide technical support and maintenance for Blue Prism RPA solutions to ensure seamless automation operations
Job Description
Monitor and support Blue Prism RPA environments to ensure optimal performance Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Blue Prism robots and processes Collaborate with development teams to deploy and maintain RPA workflows Manage Blue Prism infrastructure including control room and runtime resources Assist in the configuration and scheduling of automated processes Maintain documentation related to RPA support activities and system configurations Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices for RPA operations
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide daytoday support for Blue Prism RPA bots and workflows Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests related to RPA processes Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence Coordinate with developers and business users to understand and address automation needs Monitor system logs and performance metrics to proactively identify issues Participate in RPA deployment upgrades and patching activities Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding support status and incident resolution Continuously improve support processes and contribute to RPA governance
