Job Title: Specialist Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Develop automation workflows using Python for IT operations and infrastructure
- Build and manage Ansible playbooks for configuration and deployment
- Automate infrastructure in private cloud (OpenStack) environments
- Implement AIOps for monitoring, anomaly detection, and incident response
- Design and manage MLOps pipelines for ML model deployment and lifecycle
- Automate provisioning, patching, and system configuration tasks
- Build self-healing and auto-scaling systems
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and ML models
- Optimize automation frameworks for performance and efficiency
Required Skills
- Strong Python scripting experience
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Hands-on experience with Ansible
- Cloud exposure: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Understanding of AIOps & monitoring tools
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts and tools
- Experience with DevOps & CI/CD pipelines
- Good knowledge of databases and system architecture
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
