Position Name: Specialist series production for IN & EU
Department: Engineering Powertrain & Chassis (EP)
Reporting Position: Lead - Powertrain Electronics Application & Software
Qualification: B.E. /B. Tech –Electronics/Instrumentation
Location: Pune
Years of Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Summary
Purpose of the Position (Short Summary of the Role):
- Commissioning Process (IBN)
- Analysis of KPM/Jira – in-depth analysis, proposing solutions and potential measures for IN and EU
- Change management – documentation of changes, initial pre-analysis, verification of data accuracy, deadlines, BOM
Authority
- Responsibility for change management in drives
- Ticket management
- Acceptance of change/ deviation management
Skills Required
- Systems Engineering know-how
- Basic Cybersecurity Awareness in Automotive
- Basic Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
- Understanding of Processes and Tools – PLM
- Data Analysis Skills (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel)
- English language sklil
- Understanding Spark Ignition Engines and Electric Drives
- General Knowledge of Passenger Vehicle Construction
- Electric Mobility Level 2 certified
- Skill in KPM and JIRA systems
- Ticket Management, filtration of non-relevant tickets
- Work with Technical Bill of Materials and System42
- Diagnostics with ODIS E, CANalyzer (or other CAN tool
- Efficient Trouble Analysis and Solution Proposal
- Organizational skills, clear communication internal and external
- At least passive knowledge of German
Key Responsibilities &Tasks
- Activities with commissioning process, ticket management and analysis
- Work with Bill of Material
- Cooperation on change management
- Communication with production, analysis of issues during production, their communication with appropriate people
- Organization of serial production support,
- Responsibility for Change management in drives
- Ticket management, deep analysis, solution design and implementation, validation on the vehicle
- Acceptance of change/deviation, evaluation of necessary adjustments if the change/deviation is relevant
