Role description
5 Years of QA Engineer with strong handson experience in test automation using Playwright and Python The role focuses on building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks ensuring highquality web applications and embedding quality throughout the SDLC in an Agile environment
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright Python
Build and enhance test automation frameworks for functional regression and endtoend testing
Perform crossbrowser and crossplatform testing using Playwright
Execute API testing REST using Pythonbased tools or utilities
Integrate automated tests into CICD pipelines Azure DevOps
Collaborate closely with developers product owners and DevOps to define acceptance criteria and quality gates
Identify log track and verify defects using standard defect lifecycle practices
Analyze automation results and provide quality metrics and reports
Participate in Agile ceremonies Sprint planning reviews retrospectives
Promote shiftleft testing and automationfirst quality practices
Required Skills Qualifications
Must Have
Strong experience in Python OOP data structures pytestunittest
Handson experience with Playwright for web automation
Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals STLC test design techniques
Experience in automation framework design
Knowledge of API testing and validation
Experience with Git or other version control systems
Strong debugging and analytical skills
Experience working in AgileScrum teams
