Job Summary
We are seeking a proficient Mandarin Translator Language Specialist to support crossfunctional teams by enabling seamless communication between Mandarin and English This role will play a critical part in facilitating realtime translation during meetings translating technical and functional documents and supporting the team in understanding Mandarinbased content related to the product
Translate written materials including product documentation test scenarios technical specifications and communication artifacts
Assist in localizing and reviewing content to ensure contextual and cultural accuracy
Collaborate with engineering product and QA teams to ensure clear communication across stakeholders
Convert update and maintain translated documentation including Excel sheets and other technical documents in a structured and accessible format
Provide basic language guidance or training to team members as needed to improve communication efficiency
Required Qualifications
Native or nearnative proficiency in both Mandarin and English spoken and written
Proven experience in translation and interpretation preferably in a technical or product development environment
Ability to perform realtime simultaneous or consecutive translation in meetings
Strong experience working with Excel and updating technical documents with high accuracy
Strong understanding of technical terminology and ability to quickly learn domainspecific language
Excellent communication listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in gaming software development or technology environments
Familiarity with QAtesting processes or product development lifecycles
Prior experience supporting global or distributed teams
