Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join the Product Operations team at ELL. This team plays a critical role in enabling the effectiveness and efficiency of our Product organisation. The successful candidate will support Product Managers and Content Managers by coordinating operational activities, managing workflows, and ensuring key processes run smoothly.

This role requires close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders across the business and demands a strong customer focus, commercial awareness, and a results-driven mindset. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, bringing structure to complexity, and driving tasks through to completion.

This is a broad, hands-on role suited to someone with excellent stakeholder management skills, strong organisational capability, and the confidence to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage product data programs related to PDH (Product Data Hub) updates, including submission, tracking, and coordination of requests requiring Product Data Management (PDM) approval (e.g., pricing, discount types, and item status changes).

  • Maintain and govern PDH product attributes that do not require approval, including product titles and other assigned data fields.

  • Lead item adoption processes for ELL Product and Sales teams, ensuring accurate setup and post‑adoption validation of product attributes, with a strong focus on pricing accuracy.

  • Ensure product availability and readiness across downstream systems by maintaining accurate PDH values.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to monitor, manage, and prevent unintended or unauthorized product flow into external marketplaces (e.g., Amazon).

  • Ensure end‑to‑end data integrity, consistency, and compliance across product systems and workflows.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on product data governance, program efficiency, and scalable workflows.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in product, data, or programme management within a multi‑system or enterprise environment.

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, pricing governance, and item status controls.

  • Ability to manage complex, cross‑functional workflows and coordinate dependencies across teams.

  • High attention to detail with strong analytical skills to identify data risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

  • Experience working with product data management platforms (PDH, PDM, or similar master data systems).

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

  • Ability to operate independently in a remote environment while aligning to UK business hours.

  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process optimisation and operational excellence.
