What Are We Looking For-
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Product Marketing Specialist with 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, and content-led campaigns.
In this role, you will support inbound lead generation for AirGain through content creation, digital campaigns, and engagement across LinkedIn, email, and social media channels. You will work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive brand visibility and pipeline growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong copywriting skills, hands-on campaign execution experience, and exposure to B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
Primary Responsibilities-
- Growth & Demand Generation: Drive inbound lead generation through integrated marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, social media, and digital channels while continuously optimizing performance, engagement, and conversion outcomes.
- Content & Narrative Strategy: Develop compelling content including ad copies, email campaigns, blogs, landing pages, website messaging, social media content, and campaign narratives that translate product capabilities into clear business value for target audiences. Ensure consistency in storytelling across all marketing and sales touchpoints.
- Positioning & Messaging: Support the development of clear and differentiated messaging for AirGain by aligning product capabilities, market insights, and customer pain points into impactful communication strategies.
- Campaign Planning & Go-to-Market Support: Assist in planning campaign roadmaps, maintaining structured content calendars, and supporting go-to-market initiatives for product launches, feature rollouts, and demand generation programs
- Sales Enablement & Marketing Assets: Create and manage marketing collateral including one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, emailers, and campaign assets to support sales conversations and customer engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, design, and marketing teams to support campaign execution, messaging alignment, and development of high-impact marketing initiatives.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of inbound lead generation, digital marketing, and demand generation concepts
- Strong knowledge of content marketing, copywriting, and campaign messaging strategis
- Hands-on understanding of LinkedIn Ads, email marketing campaigns, and social media marketing
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing and customer engagement strategies
- Understanding of campaign performance tracking, lead funnel metrics, and marketing analytics
Skills:
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or Demand Generation roles
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging marketing narratives
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, email marketing campaigns, and social media marketing
- Experience working on B2B SaaS or technology marketing campaigns is preferred
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and campaign performance tracking
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment
