About the Role
The Specialist - Product and Campaign Management will be responsible for identifying and executing cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. This role involves developing and refining procedures, policies, and controls to support product cross-sell initiatives. The role holder will also be instrumental in managing marketing campaigns, defining business requirements, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to launch new offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage and build cross-sell opportunities for existing products within the current customer base.
- Develop and update procedures, policies, controls, and monitoring plans for product cross-sell.
- Compare product strategies of other banks and continuously enhance campaign plans.
- Ideate, create, and run marketing campaigns to drive leads and conversions.
- Define business requirements and collaborate with technology teams to launch offerings through coordination with internal and external partners.
- Define and maintain a digital marketing campaign strategy to achieve penetration goals.
- Work with Marketing, BIU, and HPE teams to develop and implement customer contact strategies and marketing tools to support acquisition and cross-sell activities.
- Monitor industry, market, competitor, and regulatory trends to identify opportunities and risks, and implement appropriate plans.

What We Are Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience
- Relevant experience in product and campaign management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong understanding of marketing campaign management and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset to monitor trends and assess campaign effectiveness.
- Ability to define business requirements and coordinate with technology teams.
- Knowledge of industry and regulatory trends.
