Procurement Specialist – Vouchers & Learning materials
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled professional with extensive experience and expertise in procurement. The selected individual will be responsible for managing all legal and compliance procedures related to the procurement of Pearson’s offerings by external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end‑to‑end procurement processes while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and legal frameworks.
- Manage and fulfils all legal requirements associated with procurement activities for external clients.
- Handle all documentation, due diligence, and coordination needed for Master Service Agreements (MSA), onboarding requirements, and related contractual obligations.
- Collaborate closely with various business units such as Legal, Human Resources, IT Security, and Finance to bridge knowledge gaps, expedite reviews, and ensure timely closure of client requests.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external client procurement needs and support internal stakeholders in achieving seamless execution.
- Conduct legwork necessary for compliance checks, onboarding verification, documentation reviews, and procurement‑related approvals.
- Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with procurement standards and client expectations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in procurement with strong understanding of procurement policies, legal frameworks, and contract management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and organizational efficiency.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams including Legal, Finance, and Operations.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented, and capable of driving procurement activities independently.
- Strong experience in various onboarding systems such as Ariba, Coupa, and Fieldglass.
