Project Manager (Agentic AI Programs)
Role Summary
Drive delivery of Agentic AI initiatives across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end AI program delivery (agents, integrations, rollout)
- Coordinate across architects, engineers, QA, and business stakeholders
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Track KPIs (adoption, accuracy, latency, cost efficiency)
- Ensure alignment with business outcomes (e.g., STP issuance, faster claims)
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and stakeholder communication
Must-Have Skills
- 6–12 years in project/program management (AI/digital preferred)
- Experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs
- Strong understanding of AI/LLM lifecycle and risks
- Excellent stakeholder management
Good to Have
- Health insurance domain
- Exposure to GenAI / Agentic AI programs
