We are looking for a Specialist, NPI to lead Quality activities across M&A integrations and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring GMP/GDP compliance, mitigating quality risks, and enabling successful product launches across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Quality due diligence for M&A and NPI projects, identifying risks, gaps, and integration requirements.
- Assess and mitigate quality risks impacting project timelines and product launches.
- Drive KPI tracking, risk reporting, and action management across projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project delivery and commercialization.
- Manage quality documentation, templates, and project deliverables.
- Lead quality governance meetings and support regulatory inspections.
- Review and approve Deviations and CAPAs in line with GMP requirements.
- Champion ADVANZ PHARMA values of Entrepreneurship, Speed, Integrity, and One Team.
What We're Looking For
✅ Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field.
✅ 8–10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including exposure to sterile manufacturing.
✅ Strong GMP knowledge and Quality Management Systems experience.
✅ Proven project management experience within QA/technical projects.
✅ Experience leading or supporting M&A integrations and NPI activities.
✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with CMOs, contract labs, and global partners.
