Job Description
As the Specialist - Marketing, you will execute digital marketing campaigns and workstreams with accountability for quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. You will apply established marketing processes, tools, and best practices to support awareness, engagement, and demand generation objectives. You will produce reliable campaign outputs with increasing independence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support effective campaign execution and continuous improvement. This role will coordinate activities across email, social media, content, and other digital marketing channels to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and aligned to business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the intake of digital marketing requests and ensure projects are properly documented and set up in Monday.com before work begins.
- Work with requestors to gather missing information, clarify requirements, and develop complete and actionable campaign briefs.
- Coordinate with project managers, channel owners, content teams, and other stakeholders to ensure campaign activities progress smoothly and according to agreed timelines.
- Tracks performance metrics and customer engagement; flags risks and opportunities
- Supports research and analysis activities including customer, market, and competitive inputs
- Maintains documentation, trackers, and system updates to ensure execution accuracy
- Applies continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency and program quality
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree- 3 –5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience supporting or executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, and content.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and social media management platforms, including Marketo and Hootsuite, is preferred.
- Experience working with project or work management platforms such as Monday.com or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, campaign briefs, approvals, scheduling, and execution processes.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to identify missing information, ask the right questions, and translate marketing requirements into clear and actionable briefs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues before they impact campaign delivery.
Familiarity with email marketing, marketing automation, social media publishing, and digital marketing platforms.
