Role Overview
Coordinate and prepare the key monthly reports that keep senior leadership informed on people-related projects and initiatives. The role turns inputs from many contributors into clear, accurate, executive-ready insight, and coordinates proactively across senior stakeholders to keep reporting timely and consistent. It also supports the People & Culture assurance agenda across internal audit, risk, controls and compliance. Hands-on and detail-oriented, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, chase inputs and escalate issues when needed.
Key Responsibilities – Reporting
- Manage the monthly reporting cadence, collecting inputs from data and project owners across People & Culture.
- Prepare monthly reports and presentations for the CHRO, CEO and Management Committee — summarising progress, risks and next steps — and present these updates in leadership meetings.
- Consolidate, format and refine slides from multiple contributors into a consistent, professional deck aligned with corporate standards.
- Follow up with owners for timely, accurate submissions; review and challenge inputs, and escalate discrepancies to the Director / Vice President.
- Support ad-hoc reporting, including inputs to the annual report, shareholder communications and senior management requests.
Key Responsibilities – Assurance Support
- Support internal audit: audit planning, tracking findings to timely closure to prevent KPI breaches, and reporting.
- Support people-related risk identification, assessment and mitigation, and coordinate adhoc compliance reviews with appropriate escalation.
- Support the internal controls framework through risk-based process reviews and remediation follow-up.
- Monitor compliance exposure — including nationalisation requirements (e.g. Emiratisation / Saudisation) and statutory obligations — and consolidate country inputs for corporate reporting of fines and penalties.
Soft Skills & Behaviors
- Patience & persistence – Keeps following up with many senior, busy stakeholders whose inputs are hard to get, without losing momentum, patience or courtesy.
- Attention to detail – Meticulous accuracy and a strong quality focus across every deliverable.
- Constructive challenge – Confidence to constructively challenge senior stakeholders when submissions are incomplete, unrealistic or inconsistent.
- Ownership – Proactive, hands-on ownership; knows when and how to escalate.
- Trust & discretion – Handles sensitive audit, investigation and compliance information with integrity.
Hard Skills
- Reporting & presentation – Building executive-ready presentations and reports; strong PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Data & analysis – Report writing, data synthesis and information design – turning detail into concise insight.
- Project management – Planning, milestone tracking and issue / dependency management across multiple initiatives.
- Assurance – Working knowledge of internal audit, risk and internal-controls concepts and governance practices.
- AI tools – Comfortable using AI tools to speed up drafting, summarising and analysis, with sound judgement on accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR.
- Around 3–6 years’ experience in project management, ideally including reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Project management and internal audit / assurance certifications (e.g. PMP, CAPM, , IIA Internal Audit Practitioner) are beneficial but not required.
