Collaborates with benefit providers and HR team to resolve issues and ensure accurate data management. Prepares HR reports and analytics on various metrics such as recruitment, turnover, and training. Maintains accurate HR documentation, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Participates in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a positive work culture. Collaborates with HR team members to support organizational goals and objectives.General Skills: - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
