Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete AR process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Prepare and validate commission calculations with precision.
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, record financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and key reports.
• Develop forecasts and budgets and analyze variances.
• Review and interpret customer agreements to ensure financial terms and obligations are properly understood and accounted for.

Required Skills:

• Strong Understanding of General Accounting Principles.
• Skilled in Excel and Flexible Using Various Accounting Softwares like Tally, Zoho & Xero.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA Inter (or equivalent)/ CA
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations
