Document Controller – Data Center Construction
Manage and maintain all project documentation including drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and correspondence using document management systems. Establish document control procedures, ensure proper version control, and distribute approved documents to relevant stakeholders while maintaining accurate logs and trackers. Coordinate document review processes, track approvals and revisions, and ensure timely submission of contractor deliverables and as-built documentation. Organize digital and physical filing systems, conduct regular audits for compliance, and facilitate seamless information flow between project teams, contractors, consultants, and clients.
