Job Description
We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our Cloud Development - Delivery team. As a key member, you will utilize your expertise in Python to extract valuable insights from large datasets, build robust machine learning models, and contribute to our data-driven culture. Your work will directly impact our business strategies and help us make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns using Python.
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to build predictive models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Visualize and present complex data insights to stakeholders using visualization tools.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data cleaning and preprocessing techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning technologies.
- Document and communicate the results of data analysis and model performance.
- Provide recommendations and insights to improve business processes and strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior data analysts and scientists within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python programming, with experience in data analysis and machine learning libraries.
- Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is desirable.
- A passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous learning.
