Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
● Provide bedside care for ICU and high-dependency patients,,,, and emergencies.
● Collaborate with a remote intensivist team to implement management plans and protocols.
● Perform critical care when required (intubation,,, basic ventilator management).
● Ensure timely communication with patient families in coordination with hospital staff.
● Work with nursing teams and RMOs to maintain protocol-driven ICU practices.
● Participate in Morbidity & Mortality reviews,, and audits to improve ICU performance.
● Engage in academic sessions,, and continuous professional development supported by the company.
Qualifications:
● 0–5 years post-MD/DNB in Internal Medicine,, or Emergency Medicine (mandatory). Fresh graduates with ICU exposure as well are encouraged to apply.
● If candidate does not have M.D/DNB ,Diploma will be accepted with > 3-5 years of experience in a dynamic ICU setting.
● Valid Medical Council Registration (State or National).
● Prior ICU/critical care experience preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).
● Strong clinical judgment,, and teamwork orientation.
● Comfortable working with technology-enabled care delivery models.
● Willingness to work in rotational shifts/ roster-based ICU schedules
