Assistant Manager
EXP: 8-12 YEARS
Oversees end-to-end operations for the process, ensuring SLA, KPI including sales targets, and client governance adherence. Drives performance management, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Subject Matter Expert
Experience: 2-8 years
Provides expert-level resolution for critical and highly complex issues. Mentors lower-level analysts and drives best practices and operational excellence.
Trainer
Experience: 2-8 years
Delivers product, process, and language training to new hires and tenured associates. Ensures training effectiveness through assessments, coaching, and continuous content
