Role Description
The Specialist role at StayVista is a full-time, on-site position based in Panaji. Responsibilities include executing daily operational tasks, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services, and addressing client inquiries efficiently. The Specialist will also support the planning and delivery of exceptional guest experiences, assist in streamlining processes, and contribute to the enhancement of organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage daily operational and coordination activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address and resolve challenges effectively
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or related industries is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work collaboratively in a team
