Role Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru South, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. Responsibilities include configuring and customizing ServiceNow IRM modules, integrating ServiceNow with other systems, analyzing current risk management workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide technical support. The specialist will also develop and maintain documentation, provide user training, and ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and IRM module implementation
- Strong understanding of risk management processes, regulatory compliance standards, and industry frameworks
- Experience with system integration using APIs and third-party tools (e.g., REST, SOAP)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address workflow challenges
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience with user training and creating detailed technical documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- ServiceNow certification in IRM or GRC modules is a strong advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role or background in enterprise risk management tools is preferred
