Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Development on the Milestones, Social Impact & Transitions (MST) team, you will be responsible for:
- Plan and execute new hire onboarding strategies, initiatives, and programs for professionals across USI in alignment with US counterparts.
- Lead curriculum development activities using existing materials and subject matter resources, and review deliverables for accuracy and quality.
- Manage stakeholder coordination across talent, operations, office experience, facilitators, vendors, and business leaders to support onboarding delivery.
- Execute program operations including reporting, feedback analysis, budget and timeline tracking, curriculum data maintenance, and certification support.
- Support end-to-end onboarding experiences including participant journey activities, facilitator sourcing, communications, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-8 years of professional experience in learning and development, onboarding, curriculum management, program management, or talent development
- Experience developing, updating, or managing learning content, curricula, or onboarding materials
- Experience managing projects or programs involving multiple stakeholders, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Experience preparing presentations, reports, or stakeholder communications using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting new hire onboarding programs within a learning and development organization
- Experience in consulting or professional services
- Experience analyzing learner feedback, survey results, or voice-of-customer data
- Experience collaborating with facilitators, learning operations, or external vendors to support program delivery
